The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the nearby 24-hour shop and restaurant provided added convenience. I also appreciated the presence of amenities in the room, such as the kettle and coffee/tea, made my stay a bit more comfortable. Despite the negatives, these aspects were definitely the highlights of my weekend at the hotel.
Disliked their lack of response and poor customer service. It was frustrating and added to my already stressful situation.

The location is convenient as it is close to the central bus and railway stations, making it easier to commute. The hotel is situated on a main street, surrounded by veg and non-veg eateries. , the hotel is not far from the centre of town and other tourist attractions.
The hotel staff could be more communicative and helpful.

We were actually surprised by thevery comfy and tidy room. Although small, the room had everything we needed, including a microwave, kettle, and double glazed windows to keep out the noise. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were also very helpful in carrying our luggage up the stairs. we would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
